English Teaching Opportunities

IEC welcomes applications from qualified English teachers who are currently resident in Mozambique and may be interested in future teaching opportunities with us.

Teaching at IEC

IEC provides tailored training for companies, government agencies and NGOs, based on their professional and organisational requirements. Teaching may take place at the client’s workplace, at IEC or online.

As our programmes are arranged according to client needs, teaching requirements can vary in terms of schedule, location, programme length and number of teaching hours. We are particularly interested in teachers who are available for part-time or flexible teaching assignments, although teachers seeking full-time employment are also welcome to submit their details for future opportunities.

IEC Affiliated Teachers Programme

IEC is also developing an Affiliated Teachers Programme for a small group of teachers based in Mozambique who are interested in developing their own independent teaching work with the support of IEC.

The programme is designed to support teachers in building their independent teaching activities while allowing them to maintain their own students, teaching arrangements and professional independence. Affiliated teachers would have access to a range of professional resources and support provided through IEC.
